These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of the Prepaid Earthy Tales E-Wallet created on the Platform for your usage towards ordering services. This Wallet is the property of Earthy Tales Organics Pvt Ltd to whom to whom it must be surrendered, upon request. The following terms and conditions shall apply to the prepaid account of your Earthy Tales Wallet. By using the Earthy Tales Wallet, you agree to the below mentioned Terms and Conditions. Please ensure that you have read carefully and understood these Terms and Conditions before using your Earthy Tales Wallet and also request you to keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your records. Earthy Tales E-Wallet Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of the Prepaid Earthy Tales E-Wallet created on the Platform for your usage towards ordering services. This Wallet is the property of Earthy Tales Organics Pvt Ltd to whom to whom it must be surrendered, upon request. The following terms and conditions shall apply to the prepaid account of your Earthy Tales Wallet. By using the Earthy Tales Wallet, you agree to the below mentioned Terms and Conditions. To be eligible for the Earthy Tales Wallet membership, you should be competent to enter into a contract i.e. you should have attained the age of majority according to the Indian law. Earthy Tales Wallet is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by anyone who has not attained the age of majority. Any person under the age of 18, may only use the Earthy Tales Wallet under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

About Your Account
Earthy Tales Wallet is issued to you by Earthy Tales Organics Pvt. Ltd. It allows you to load a rupee value onto your Earthy Tales Wallet for use only on Earthy Tales Platform.

The rupee value that you load onto your Earthy Tales Wallet is a prepayment only for purchasing the goods and availing the services on Earthy Tales Platform in India unless otherwise specified. Earthy Tales Organics Private Limited too will not be using this for any other purpose other than allowing the customer to use their Wallet for purchase on our platform.
Earthy Tales Wallet can be loaded on Earthy Tales Platform using either cash / credit card / debit card / upi / Internet Banking / any other RBI approved e-wallets managed and governed by other private or government entities. One Earthy Tales Wallet cannot be reloaded by using any other registered/unregistered ET Wallet.
Earthy Tales Organics Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right not to accept any Earthy Tales Wallet or otherwise limit use of a Earthy Tales Wallet if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. Further, misuse of the Earthy Tales Wallet or its benefits in any manner may result in disablement of the Earthy Tales Wallet and/or withdrawal of benefits at the sole discretion of Earthy Tales Organics Pvt. Ltd. Please maintain the Earthy Tales Wallet safely and securely.
Loading Value in your Earthy Tales Wallet
Earthy Tales Wallet is automatically created and enabled as soon as you register for Earthy Tales Platform’s services while accepting these Terms and Conditions. The wallet gets activated by loading money in it either through cash / credit card / debit card / upi / Internet Banking / any other RBI approved e-wallets managed and governed by other private or government entities by visiting the Earthy Tales website or Earthy Tales mobile app. Earthy Tales Wallet can be used as a mode of payment, whenever the Earthy Tales Wallet-holder purchases goods or services from Earthy Tales website or Earthy Tales mobile app. The minimum amount that must be initially loaded onto your Earthy Tales Wallet is INR 100 (Rupees One Hundred only). The balance on the Earthy Tales Wallet does not have a validity or expiry period.

Earthy Tales Organics Pvt. Ltd. may change the maximum and minimum amounts at any time by notifying you at the point of recharge, or on the Earthy Tales website (www.earthytales.in), and such change shall not constitute an amendment to these Terms and Conditions. No credit card, credit line, overdraft protection or deposit account is associated with Earthy Tales Wallet. The balance loaded onto your ET Wallet is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit balance unless required by law in India. No interest, dividends or any other earnings on funds deposited to Earthy Tales Wallet will accrue or be paid or credited to you by Earthy Tales Organics Private Limited.

Fees and Expiration of Wallet Balances
Earthy Tales Organics Pvt. Ltd. reserves its right, in its sole discretion and without any prior notice, to impose and/or revise charges/commissions in relation to your use of the ET Wallet. The current charges for your Wallet are provided hereunder, the same are subject to changes.

Earthy Tales Wallet holders are not sent statements of itemized transactions on their registered email id from a Earthy Tales Wallet account. You can check the balance of your Earthy Tales Wallet or review recent transactions on your Earthy Tales Wallet by logging into your Earthy Tales account on www.earthytales.in
You will need to use your Earthy Tales Wallet to make purchases for the goods and availing the services on Earthy Tales Platform. When you use your Earthy Tales Wallet, you will receive the details of your order and payment in the Account History section of your Earthy Tales account. The Shopping Credits section of your Earthy Tales Account will provide the remaining balance of your Earthy Tales Wallet. Pending Balances will be communicated to all consumers via the Payment links which are maintained at Earthy Tales Organics Pvt. Ltd. Regular Clearing of the Balances is necessary and if the amount is available in the Wallet Balance of a consumer Earthy Tales Organics Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to correct the balance and clear all due payments from the Wallet Credit available.
Billing Errors, Corrections
Earthy Tales Organics Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to correct the balance of your Earthy Tales Wallet if there is reason to believe that a clerical, billing or accounting error has occurred. If you have questions regarding your transaction history or any correction, or if you dispute any transaction or correction that has been assessed against your Earthy Tales Wallet, please email your concern to supportearthytales.in
Earthy Tales Organics Pvt. Ltd will conduct an investigation and communicate the results and correct any error that after conducting a thorough investigation in a reasonable time-frame. If no error is found, a suitable explanation shall be communicated to you. Earthy Tales Organics Pvt. Ltd shall have no liability for any billing error unless you provide a notice within 30 days of the date of the transaction in question. You are requested to monitor your transactions and account balances accurately.

Registration, Liability for Unauthorized Transactions
You are responsible for all transactions associated with your Earthy Tales Wallet, including transactions claimed to be unauthorized. The ET Wallet does not have a separate authentication password or PIN and can be used to make transactions once you have logged-in to the platform using Mobile Number-Password combination or Mobile number-OTP authentication. The mobile application remains in a state of permanent log-in and anyone with access to your mobile phone can have access to your application and thereafter use your Earthy Tales Wallet. You agree to take full responsibility of any unintended or unauthorized access to your ET Wallet.
Blocking of ET Wallet:
Earthy Tales Organics Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to block your Earthy Tales Wallet and/or discontinue, if Earthy Tales Organics Pvt. Ltd determines or observes in its sole discretion that there have been any fraudulent or unauthorized activities through your Earthy Tales Wallet.

All customer has to register and login for placing orders on the Site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt out by contacting the customer service. However, Account created on the website www.earthytales.in would be for life time of the customers.

Pricing
All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified as part of promotional activities. The prices are exclusive of any Taxes as applicable. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery no additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order
Weight Changes
All Fresh produce items are sold on estimate weights. Actual product weight may vary and the same shall be communicated to all consumers via the Invoice Bill. Final invoice will be as per actual weight only. All Fresh produce items are currently delivered only in Gurgaon and Delhi. As and when we increase the delivery area we will communicate the same via all channels possible to all stake holders.

Offer Policies
Earthy Tales Organics Pvt. Ltd expressly reserve the right to run timely promotional offers in specific periods defined. The offers will have a start and an end date attached to them and will be applicable only in the said specific period. All Offers will be treated within the Delhi Jurisdiction if vindicated. All rights to terminate offers and restart the same lie solely with Earthy Tales Organics Pvt. Ltd.
