Add colour to your plate with Red Swiss Chard — a nutrient-dense leafy green with beautiful ruby-red stems and soft, tender leaves. The flavour is mildly earthy and buttery when cooked, making it an easy upgrade to everyday greens.

Cook it like palak: sauté with garlic + ghee, toss into dal, fold into eggs, add to soups, or stuff in parathas/wraps. Use the stems too — slice thin and cook first, then add the leaves for a perfect, balanced bite.
