Short clips from our kitchen, farms & process — watch in 10 seconds.
Why does a Banana may have Black spots?
Blackening of banana starts when the natural ripening process is triggered. The banana releases ethylene naturally under this process and starts to become sweeter and softer.
So, don’t discard a banana with Black spots – it just means that its now ripened.
At times, the banana may remain semi ripe while the outside skin has started to blacken. Its nature – its not being done in a factory, in a machine so such cases may happen few times.
Just inform our customer service and we will happily replace the same.
