Goondh Ladoo with Jaggery Powder is a traditional Indian sweet that combines the goodness of goondh (edible gum), desi khand, and nutritious ingredients. Goondh is roasted and combined with  whole wheat flour, along with ghee (clarified butter) to create a rich, chewy texture.

The sweetener, desi khand, adds a deep, caramel-like flavor and is known for its health benefits. These ladoos are enriched with nuts like almonds and cashews, which contribute crunch and nutritional value.
