Goondh Ladoo with Jaggery Powder is a traditional Indian sweet that combines the goodness of goondh (edible gum), jaggery powder, and nutritious ingredients. Goondh is roasted and combined with  whole wheat flour, along with ghee (clarified butter) to create a rich, chewy texture.
