  • If you cancel within the allowed window, any payment made will be refunded in full.

  • Customers involved in fraudulent activities may be blacklisted and denied future access or services.

Returns & Refund Policy

We aim to deliver only the best-quality organic products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, here’s what you need to know:

At the Time of Delivery

• You may return the product directly to the delivery agent if it does not meet your quality expectations.
• A refund or credit equivalent to the returned product’s value will be processed within 2 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to your Earthy Tales wallet for future purchases.

Non-Perishable Items

• For non-perishable products ordered via our website or 3rd-party platforms, customers must report any issues within 7 days of delivery.
