Cancellation by Customer or Earthy Tales

• You can cancel your order any time before the cut-off time of your selected delivery slot via:

• Refunds for Canceled Orders:

  • If you cancel within the allowed window, any payment made will be refunded in full.
  • Fraudulent or Unethical Orders: Earthy Tales reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or non-compliant transactions.
  • Customers involved in fraudulent activities may be blacklisted and denied future access or services.

Returns & Refund Policy

We aim to deliver only the best-quality naturally grown products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, here’s what you need to know:

At the Time of Delivery

• You may return the product directly to the delivery agent if it does not meet your quality expectations.
• A refund or credit equivalent to the returned product’s value will be processed within 2 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to your Earthy Tales wallet for future purchases.

Non-Perishable Items

• For non-perishable products ordered via our website or 3rd-party platforms, customers must report any issues within 7 days of delivery.

• To initiate a return:

• We follow a 100% refund and return policy – no questions asked, provided the issue is reported within the 7-day window.

Perishable Items (Vegetables & Fruits)

• For fruits, vegetables, and other perishable goods, issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Steps for Quick Resolution:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged or defective items.
  2. Report the issue within 24 hours by calling our customer service or drop email on support@earthytales.in

• We’ll promptly address your concern and offer a refund or replacement as applicable in ET Wallet.
