To savor the perfect cup of masala chai, follow these simple steps:

    • Start with a Pinch: Add a pinch of our chai masala at the beginning of the masala chai preparation. You can adjust the quantity according to your taste preference until you achieve the desired flavor.
    • Customize to Your Liking: Feel free to experiment with the amount of masala to discover your ideal masala chai blend.

 

Masala Chai Recipe: A Step-by-Step Guide

Ingredients

    • Half a cup of water (for one cup of masala chai)
    • A pinch of Graamya's Chai Masala
    • Tea leaves or tea powder
    • Milk (as needed)
    • Sugar (to taste)

Preparation

    • Boil the Water: Pour half a cup of water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
    • Add the Chai Masala and Tea Leaves: Once the water is boiling, add a pinch of Graamya's Chai Masala and the tea leaves or tea powder. Allow it to boil thoroughly to infuse the flavors.
    • Incorporate Milk: Add milk to the boiling mixture until you achieve the desired color of your masala chai.
    • Sweeten Your Chai: Add sugar according to your taste preference. Allow the mixture to boil again.
    • Adjust the Consistency: If your tea appears too thin, continue boiling on low heat to reduce the water proportion. Be cautious, as prolonged boiling can make the tea slightly bitter. Aim to strike a balance for the perfect flavor.
    • Serve Hot: Pour your masala chai into a cup and enjoy it hot

 

How to store?

Store it in an airtight packet or container. Avoid contact with moisture in any case.  Best use within 3 months of opening the packet.
